A small interruption in our SG-1 theme to bring you this... (cause it's just too damn funny! And hey, it deals with 'family' lol)
People thought a team made up of a retired colonel, a scientist, a civilian 'geek' and an alien was hard to swallow. pfft!
It's no wonder the Goa'uld are such a testy bunch. According to Daniel, Ra was the brother of Apophis, the
husband of Hathor, and also her father. Of course our little sex queen also claims to be the mother of all, and
I am so not going down that road. It's too twisted for daytime drama.

That's just the tip of this kumfumbled iceberg. Apophis is Klorel's father and Amaunet's husband, which sort
of makes him Skaara's brother-in-law and father, and Sha'ra becomes his sister and step-mom. Not to
mention his uncle/half brother Shifu. Leave it to Beaver, it's not.

Heru'ur is the son of Hathor and Ra. Osiris is the brother and husband of Iris. But since he's now Sarah,
does that make him the sister and wife? Either, or, they're both the siblings and/or
inlaws, or maybe outlaws to Seth, the creator of male sopranos. And Ba'al, well, he's just a plain old bastard.

All I can say is family reunions must be a real bitch.

Gallagator
The Soul Senses,by Carrie:    SG-1 undergoes a lovely test, get a little banged up along the way, and
each team member has a brilliant revelation at the end.  Okay, that might be stretching it.

Vows, by Devra: The lives of teammates intertwined for 5 years must resemble a marriage of sorts.

Vinum Sororum Nostrum,by Skip and Carrie: SG1 search for a missing team, with tragic results.

For All To See, by Devra and MajelB: SG1 has encountered several situations in which they were
misled to believe that various intricate deceptions were, in fact, reality… the Gamekeeper's planet,
Hathor's base… What if one such deception turned out to be a little more… long term?

First Watch, by Babs: As the team takes turn on watch on a very
early mission, they ponder where they are and where they are
going.

Compromising Position,by Kate McCaye: SG-1 has been having a
string of bad luck off-world, much to the delight of the SGC betting
pools.

Heracles Rising,by Roxie: Stranded on a wasted planet, SG-1 must
rely on a race of nomadic space travelers for survival.
PG-13  for language and sexual situations.

The Fission of Silence,by Pough: When a mind and a body are split, what exactly can be expected to
return?

The Quality of Mercy, by ELG: Daniel's ill treatment by the priests of Onuris causes Jack and Teal'c to
forget their own compassion. Unable to escape from a hostile world, it becomes increasingly apparent
that SG-1 is trapped within a self-fulfilling prophecy of which only they are ignorant. But will their
attempts to evade the wrath of a vengeful Goa'uld, free the people from a false god, or only bring about
their own deaths?

Cast a Long Shadow, by Imskysmom: The events of Shades of Grey cast a long shadow that could cost
Jack O'Neill a friend and Daniel Jackson his life.

Echoes of Autumn, by Moonshayde: Jack awakens to find himself ten years into the future, but with no
memory from the past decade. Alone and deemed clinically insane, Jack must work to figure out how to
change the mistakes of the past, and bring back together the friends he once knew.
(Not a 2010 type
story.)

Slices of Life, by Alanna: Ever wonder what that hockey game O'Neill reminded Teal'c about in 'The
Other Guys' was like? Wonder no more!

Airless, by JoaG: Based not long after 'Need', the team encounter a planet where the breathing air isn't
always taking for granted.

The Shunnen, by JoaG: Jack fears the worst and has an important decision to make regarding Daniel's
life.

The Sum of the Parts, by MajelB and Devra: First persons’ POV of the fallout of a mission gone wrong,
with the aide of one of the five senses to assist in their viewpoints.

Sticking Together, by Babs: An attack off-world leaves Daniel injured and the rest of the team figuring
out a way to get home.

Waters in the Moonlight, by MajelB: SG-1 falls victim to the frightening practice of an alien culture.

Changing the Guards, by AElfgyfu: Jack gets promoted (again)

Business as Usual, by ETS: A "harmless" planet springs surprises on the members of SG1 both
physically and emotionally.
